Overview
Welcome to Bohelle.com, an online store specializing in wedding dresses, formal dresses, bridal accessories, and wedding-related products.
Bohelle is a brand operated by RINZAKA LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States.
Throughout these Terms of Service, the words "we," "us," and "our" refer to Bohelle and its operating company. The term "Services" refers to our website, its features, and the products and services offered through it.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure necessary to operate our website, process orders, and facilitate payments.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of bohelle.com, as well as purchases made through our online store.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any consumer rights and protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
Please also review our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services.

2. Scope and Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms apply to visitors, customers, and other users of Bohelle.com.
They establish the conditions governing website access, product information, purchases, payments, shipping, returns, and other interactions with our Services.
Any purchase is subject to the terms and disclosures presented to the customer at the time of checkout.
Where a specific product or promotional offer is subject to additional conditions, those conditions will apply to that offer to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or state laws.
3. Eligibility, Website Access, and Customer Accounts
Our Services are intended primarily for adults who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use our Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
Creating a customer account may be offered as a convenience but is not necessarily required to place an order.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using our Services or making purchases.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us of any suspected unauthorized use.
You may not sell, transfer, or assign your customer account to another individual without our authorization.
We reserve the right to restrict account access when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect website security, or address violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
4. Products and Product Information
Bohelle offers wedding dresses, formal dresses, bridal shoes, accessories, and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately, including their materials, colors, sizes, available options, and essential characteristics.
Actual product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting conditions, and photography.
Some dresses are individually manufactured and may exhibit minor variations in lace placement, embroidery, fabric appearance, or handcrafted details.
Such variations do not excuse material discrepancies from the agreed product specifications, defective merchandise, or any failure to comply with applicable consumer protection laws.
We may update product descriptions, available options, and catalog information at any time for future purchases.
Product specifications expressly agreed upon for an accepted order remain applicable to that order.
5. Standard Sizes, Custom Orders, and Personalization
Our dresses may be available in standard US sizes or through customized and made-to-measure options.
Standard-Size Dresses
Dresses ordered in a standard US size, including sizes such as US 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and other available sizes, are treated as standard-size products unless individual modifications have been specifically requested.
A dress manufactured after an order is placed is not automatically considered personalized solely because it is made to order.
Standard-size dresses without individual modifications remain eligible for returns under our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom-Made and Personalized Dresses
A dress may be considered custom-made or personalized when it is manufactured according to individual body measurements or modified according to specific customer instructions.
Examples include personalized lengths, sleeves, necklines, silhouettes, and other individually requested design changes.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and following our measurement instructions.
If measurements appear incomplete or inconsistent, we may request confirmation before production begins.
Custom-made and personalized products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.
This restriction does not eliminate legal rights or remedies for defective, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured products.
6. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order through Bohelle.com, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products at the prices and under the conditions presented at checkout.
Before completing your order, you are responsible for reviewing product details, selected sizes, colors, customization options, shipping information, and the total purchase amount.
We will provide an electronic order confirmation using the contact information you submit.
Orders are processed after payment authorization or confirmation, depending on the payment method selected.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or material pricing errors, subject to applicable law.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue the refund required by applicable law.
Changes requested after an order has been accepted may not always be possible, particularly after production of a personalized item has begun.
Cancellation rights arising from shipping delays, applicable law, or our published policies remain unaffected.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, products purchased through our consumer storefront are intended for personal use rather than unauthorized commercial resale.
7. Pricing, Taxes, and Billing
Prices displayed on Bohelle.com for the United States market are generally shown in US dollars (USD).
Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees are calculated or presented during checkout as required by applicable law.
The total amount payable will be shown before the purchase is finalized.
We may change product prices, discounts, and promotional offers for future orders without prior notice.
Price changes do not retroactively alter the agreed price of an accepted order.
Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms, eligibility conditions, expiration dates, or exclusions disclosed with the relevant promotion.
If a material pricing or billing error affects an order, we will contact the customer and handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.
We will not impose an undisclosed additional purchase charge without the customer's required authorization.
8. Payment Methods and Transaction Security
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payments may be processed through Shopify and authorized third-party payment service providers.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.
We may conduct reasonable verification checks or request additional information when necessary to investigate suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
Personal information associated with payments is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable security requirements.
9. Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Some Bohelle products are manufactured after an order has been placed. Delivery timeframes may therefore include product manufacturing, order preparation, international shipping, customs processing, and final delivery.
Estimated production and shipping timeframes are disclosed through product information, checkout details, or our Shipping Policy.
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframes communicated to customers.
Under the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we must have a reasonable basis for any advertised shipment timeframe.
If no shipment timeframe is clearly provided, applicable federal requirements generally establish a 30-day shipment expectation, subject to the rule's provisions and exceptions.
If we determine that we cannot ship an order within the applicable timeframe, we will provide the required notice and an opportunity to consent to a delay or cancel and receive an appropriate refund, as required by law.
Shipping and delivery estimates may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Such circumstances do not eliminate any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights provided by applicable law.
The allocation of risk for lost or damaged shipments is determined by applicable law, the agreed shipping terms, and the circumstances of delivery.
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact contact@bohelle.com so we can investigate the issue.
For further information, please review our Shipping Policy.
10. Returns and Refunds
Bohelle.com provides a voluntary return policy for eligible products, subject to the conditions described below and any applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return of eligible items.
Once the return request has been submitted, customers have an additional 14 days to ship the items back to the designated return address.
Standard-size wedding dresses and other non-personalized dresses are eligible for returns under this policy, including when manufactured after the order is placed.
Non-personalized accessories and bridal shoes are also eligible for returns under the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom-made and personalized products are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns, except where otherwise required by law.
Restocking Fees
The following restocking fees apply to eligible change-of-mind returns:
- Wedding dresses and all other dresses: 15% of the purchase price paid for each returned item.
- Accessories and bridal shoes: 10% of the purchase price paid for each returned item.
These fees are calculated on the price paid for the returned merchandise, excluding shipping charges and sales taxes.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, including international return shipping to our designated return facility in Europe.
Restocking fees do not apply to verified defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise or to refunds for which applicable law requires a full refund.
These fees must be disclosed before purchase, and their enforceability remains subject to applicable state and federal laws.
For complete eligibility requirements, refund procedures, return conditions, and exceptions, please consult our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Refund Processing
Refunds for eligible returns are generally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Under our voluntary return policy, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving a valid return request, although we may withhold the refund until the returned item is received or satisfactory proof of shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.
Applicable restocking fees and permitted deductions for excessive wear or damage may reduce the refundable merchandise amount.
Where an entire order is returned under our published return policy, the original standard shipping charge corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery option offered will also be refunded.
Additional charges for premium or expedited shipping are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, unless otherwise required by law.
For cancellations, shipment delays, defective merchandise, or other circumstances covered by mandatory consumer protection rules, the applicable legal refund requirements take precedence over the voluntary return procedures described above.
12. Dress Alterations and Commercial Assistance
Made-to-measure and other wedding dresses may occasionally require minor final adjustments to achieve the desired fit.
As a voluntary commercial service, Bohelle may contribute toward alteration expenses performed by a local professional seamstress, up to 15% of the purchase price paid for the dress.
This assistance is available only when the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy are satisfied.
In particular, alterations must be completed and invoiced within one month of receiving the dress, and requests must be submitted within that same period with the required supporting documentation.
This voluntary alteration assistance does not limit or replace any legal rights or remedies relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured merchandise.
13. Product Issues, Defects, and Applicable Warranties
If a product arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the item ordered, please contact our customer service team at contact@bohelle.com.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where reasonably available.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, exchange, a partial refund, or a full refund.
For verified defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, applicable return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with our published policy and legal obligations.
Restocking fees will not be imposed where a full refund or another remedy is required by law.
Custom-made products remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any warranties or product representations made by Bohelle.
Any express warranty provided with a particular product will be governed by its stated terms and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable federal or state law.
14. Intellectual Property
Content made available through Bohelle.com, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, videos, designs, and other materials, may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Such content belongs to Bohelle, its licensors, or the applicable rights holders.
Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected content without the appropriate authorization.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of trademarks, copyrighted content, design rights, or other intellectual property associated with that product.
The names, logos, and trademarks of Shopify and other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by their respective owners.
15. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or compromise website security.
Prohibited activities include:
- Using the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
- Providing deliberately false or misleading information.
- Impersonating another person or business.
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or protected information.
- Collecting personal information in violation of applicable law.
- Interfering with website functionality, availability, or security.
- Violating applicable intellectual property rights.
- Using the Services to harass, threaten, defraud, or otherwise harm others.
We may take reasonable steps to investigate, prevent, and address prohibited activities, subject to applicable law.
16. Automated Tools and AI Agents
Access to our Services through automated systems, bots, data extraction tools, or artificial intelligence agents must comply with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and website security measures.
For purposes of these Terms, an "Agent" means software or a service that acts autonomously or semi-autonomously on behalf of a person or organization.
Agents must not circumvent access restrictions, bypass security protections, misrepresent their identity, or interfere with the normal operation of our Services.
Where technical identification requirements are published and applicable, automated agents must comply with those requirements.
We may limit or block automated access that threatens website security, performance, customer information, or the proper operation of our Services.
Authorized search engine crawling and other lawful indexing activities remain subject to applicable technical rules and access permissions.
Nothing in this section restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
17. Reviews, Feedback, and User-Submitted Content
Customers may be able to submit product reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, or other content through our Services.
By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant Bohelle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt that content for operating, improving, and promoting our Services, subject to applicable law and any rights that require additional authorization.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or malicious content.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Private photographs, measurements, or documents submitted solely for customer service, alterations, or order resolution are not treated as authorization for public promotional use.
Our handling of personal information contained in submitted content is subject to our Privacy Policy.
18. Third-Party Tools, Services, and Links
Our website may include applications, payment options, customer review tools, shipping integrations, and other services provided by third parties.
Some third-party services may be subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.
We encourage you to review the applicable policies before using these services or providing personal information.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not necessarily imply our endorsement of their content or practices.
We do not control the independent activities of third-party websites. However, this provision does not eliminate any responsibility that Bohelle may have under applicable law or its contractual obligations to customers.
19. Our Relationship with Shopify
Bohelle.com is powered by Shopify, which provides technical infrastructure and e-commerce services supporting our online store.
Purchases made through Bohelle.com are transactions between the customer and RINZAKA LLC, operating under the Bohelle brand.
Shopify is not the seller of the merchandise offered by Bohelle.
Shopify may collect and process information relating to website usage, transactions, checkout operations, and security, as described in our Privacy Policy and the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms removes any rights or remedies that a customer may have against the legally responsible party under applicable law.
20. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Despite our efforts to maintain accurate information, our Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect prices, or outdated availability or shipping information.
We reserve the right to correct such errors and update website information.
If a material error affects an order already placed, we may contact the customer to explain the situation and offer an appropriate resolution.
Any order cancellation or adjustment will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including mandatory refund obligations.
21. Website Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability, security, and proper operation of our website.
However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, network conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website features and informational services are provided on an "as available" basis, without a guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.
THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT OVERRIDE EXPRESS PRODUCT WARRANTIES, MATERIAL PRODUCT REPRESENTATIONS, OR ANY NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS OR REMEDIES PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Some states do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
22. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOHELLE, RINZAKA LLC, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE SERVICE PROVIDERS, AFFILIATES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR WEBSITE, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
SUCH DAMAGES MAY INCLUDE LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA, TO THE EXTENT THAT EXCLUDING LIABILITY FOR THOSE LOSSES IS LEGALLY PERMITTED.
THIS SECTION DOES NOT EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, PERSONAL INJURY, PRODUCT-RELATED CLAIMS, OR OTHER MATTERS TO THE EXTENT THAT LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory refund rights, express warranties, or applicable statutory consumer protections.
Some states do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Bohelle and RINZAKA LLC against third-party claims, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, intentional misconduct, or infringement of third-party rights.
This provision applies only to the extent that the claim is legally attributable to your conduct.
It does not require you to indemnify Bohelle for its own negligence, unlawful conduct, defective products, or failure to comply with non-waivable legal obligations.
Any indemnification obligation is subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
24. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to certain website features when reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent fraud, or address serious violations of these Terms.
Termination or suspension of website access does not automatically cancel previously accepted orders or eliminate applicable customer rights.
Any outstanding contractual obligations remain subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant purchase.
25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
For disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, the parties may bring claims before courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
To the extent legally permitted, courts located in New Mexico may have jurisdiction over disputes involving RINZAKA LLC.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising rights, remedies, or access to courts that cannot legally be restricted under the laws applicable to that consumer.
Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage customers to contact contact@bohelle.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive the right to participate in a class action solely by virtue of using our website.
26. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent legally permissible.
Our failure to enforce a particular provision does not automatically constitute a permanent waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
No provision will be interpreted to waive consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
27. Assignment and Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable policies and purchase-specific disclosures referenced on our website, constitute the agreement governing your use of our Services and purchases from Bohelle.
You may not assign contractual rights or obligations in violation of applicable law or without any consent legally required for such an assignment.
We may assign or transfer our business rights and obligations where permitted by law, provided that such transfer does not unlawfully diminish customer rights.
Any mandatory consumer protection rights remain applicable regardless of the provisions of this section.
28. Language and Interpretation
These Terms are provided in English for customers shopping on Bohelle.com.
Other language versions may be available through separate regional storefronts operated by Bohelle.
Where applicable consumer protection laws require a particular language, interpretation, or contractual disclosure, those requirements will be respected.
Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not alter the meaning of these Terms.
29. Electronic Communications
By using our Services or placing an order, you acknowledge that we may send transactional and service-related communications electronically where permitted by law.
These communications may include order confirmations, shipping notifications, payment updates, return instructions, refund confirmations, and customer service messages.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and keeping it reasonably up to date.
Marketing communications are subject to separate applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our products, Services, business operations, or applicable laws.
The latest version will be published on Bohelle.com with an updated revision date.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Changes will not retroactively alter completed purchase agreements unless legally permitted and appropriately agreed upon.
Continued use of the Services after properly notified changes may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.
