Last updated: November 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern purchases made through bohelle.com, an online store specializing in wedding dresses, formal dresses, bridal shoes, and wedding accessories.
By placing an order on Bohelle.com, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any rights that cannot legally be waived.
These Terms should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

State of Registration: New Mexico, United States
Business Address: 2585 S Broadway St #177, Truth or Consequences, NM 87901, United States

Additional information is available on our Contact Information and Legal Notice pages.
Article 2. Scope and Application
These Terms apply to consumer purchases made through Bohelle.com, primarily for delivery within the United States.
They govern the purchase of products, order processing, payment, shipping, returns, refunds, and related customer service matters.
Orders placed for commercial resale or other business purposes may be subject to separately agreed terms.
The version of these Terms applicable to an order is the version made available to the customer at the time the purchase is completed.
If any provision conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws will prevail to the extent required.
Product-specific conditions or promotional terms properly disclosed before checkout may also apply to the relevant purchase.
Article 3. Products and Descriptions
Bohelle offers wedding dresses, formal dresses, bridal veils, shoes, jewelry, and other wedding-related accessories.
Product pages provide information regarding the available sizes, colors, materials, customization options, and other important characteristics.
We make reasonable efforts to display product information and photographs accurately.
Actual colors and textures may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and device characteristics.
Individually manufactured products may also present minor variations in embroidery, lace placement, fabric appearance, or handcrafted finishing details.
Such variations do not excuse material differences from the agreed product specifications, defective merchandise, or failures to comply with applicable consumer protection laws.
All products are offered subject to availability and the manufacturing options stated on their product pages.
Article 4. Standard Sizes, Custom Orders, and Personalization
4.1. Standard-Size Dresses
Wedding dresses and other dresses may be offered in standard US sizes, including US 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and other available sizes.
Standard-size products may be available in stock or manufactured after an order is placed.
A dress manufactured after purchase is not automatically considered a personalized product solely because it is made to order.
Standard-size dresses without individual modifications remain eligible for returns in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
4.2. Custom-Made and Personalized Dresses
Some dresses may be manufactured using a customer's individual body measurements or modified according to specific design requests.
Customizations may include changes to the length, silhouette, sleeves, neckline, shoulder design, or other product characteristics.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete measurements and following the measurement instructions provided by Bohelle.
We may request additional confirmation if measurements appear incomplete or inconsistent before production begins.
Custom-made and personalized products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.
This exclusion does not remove rights or remedies for verified manufacturing defects, incorrect products, or other issues covered by applicable law.
Article 5. Ordering Process
5.1. Product Selection
Customers select the products they wish to purchase, choose the available sizes and options, and add the items to their shopping cart.
Product prices, important characteristics, and relevant shipping information are provided before the order is completed.
5.2. Shopping Cart Review
Before completing a purchase, customers can review the selected items, quantities, sizes, customization options, shipping information, and total amount payable.
Customers are responsible for checking these details and correcting any errors before submitting their orders.
5.3. Order Submission and Payment
By completing the checkout process, the customer submits an offer to purchase the selected merchandise under the conditions presented at checkout.
Payment authorization or confirmation is required before an order can be processed.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or material errors, subject to applicable law.
5.4. Order Confirmation
After an order is submitted and processed, an electronic confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
The confirmation summarizes the main details of the purchase.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution or refund as required by applicable law.
Article 6. Prices and Taxes
Prices displayed on Bohelle.com for the United States market are shown in US dollars (USD).
Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and any other required fees are calculated or disclosed during checkout in accordance with applicable law.
The total amount payable will be displayed before the purchase is finalized.
We may update product prices, discounts, and promotions for future orders without prior notice.
Price changes will not retroactively alter the agreed price of an accepted purchase.
Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions disclosed with the relevant offer.
We will not impose undisclosed additional charges where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.
Article 7. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are those displayed during checkout, including available credit and debit card options and other supported payment services.
Payments are processed through secure payment providers integrated with our Shopify store.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We may conduct additional verification when necessary to prevent suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
Information associated with payments is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the practices of the applicable payment providers.
If payment is declined or cannot be authorized, the order may not be processed.
Article 8. Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Production and shipping timeframes depend on the type of product purchased and its availability.
8.1. Made-to-Order Wedding Dresses
- Production Time: 15 to 30 days, depending on the dress and requested customizations.
- Shipping and Transit: 1 to 2 weeks after production and dispatch.
The total estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 3 to 6 weeks, or approximately 22 to 44 days depending on the production and shipping periods.
8.2. Accessories and In-Stock Products
- Order Processing: 1 to 2 business days.
- Shipping and Transit: 1 to 2 weeks.
If a different shipping or delivery timeframe is specifically provided on a product page or during checkout, the timeframe communicated for that order will apply.
Shipping methods and charges are presented before the purchase is finalized.
All orders are shipped with tracking information, which is provided after dispatch.
Orders containing products with different production periods may be shipped in multiple packages.
We will not impose additional shipping charges solely because Bohelle chooses to divide an order into multiple shipments, unless those charges have been agreed to by the customer.
8.3. Shipping Delays
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the communicated timeframes.
Under the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, sellers must have a reasonable basis for their advertised shipment timeframes.
If we cannot ship merchandise within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide any required delay notice and offer the customer the legally required opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel and receive a prompt refund.
Where no shipment timeframe is clearly disclosed, applicable federal rules generally establish a 30-day shipment period, subject to the rule's provisions and exceptions.
Refunds required because merchandise cannot be shipped on time are not subject to change-of-mind restocking fees.
For additional information, please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Article 9. Return Eligibility
Bohelle.com provides a voluntary return policy for eligible merchandise, subject to applicable federal and state laws.
Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return for eligible items.
After notifying us of their return request, customers have an additional 14 days to ship the returned merchandise to the designated return address.
9.1. Eligible Merchandise
Eligible items generally include:
- Standard-size wedding dresses without individual customizations.
- Other non-personalized dresses, including standard-size made-to-order dresses.
- Non-personalized bridal veils, jewelry, and other accessories.
- Bridal shoes and other eligible non-personalized footwear.
Returned items should be handled with care and must not show excessive wear, damage, or alterations beyond what is reasonably necessary for trying them on.
9.2. Personalized Merchandise
Custom-made dresses and individually personalized products are generally not eligible for returns due to a change of mind, incorrect customer-provided measurements, or personal preference, except where required by applicable law.
This exclusion does not apply to verified defective, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured items where the customer is entitled to a remedy under applicable law.
Article 10. Restocking Fees and Return Shipping
The following restocking fees apply to eligible change-of-mind returns:
- Wedding dresses and all other dresses: 15% of the purchase price paid for each returned item.
- Accessories and bridal shoes: 10% of the purchase price paid for each returned item.
Restocking fees are calculated on the amount paid for the returned merchandise, excluding shipping charges and applicable sales taxes.
Example: For an eligible wedding dress purchased for $500, the 15% restocking fee is $75, resulting in a merchandise refund of $425 before any other permitted adjustments.
For an eligible accessory purchased for $100, the 10% restocking fee is $10, resulting in a merchandise refund of $90 before any other permitted adjustments.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.
Our designated return facility is located in Europe. Customers returning merchandise from the United States are responsible for arranging and paying for the applicable international return shipment.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Restocking fees and return conditions are subject to applicable state and federal consumer protection laws and must be disclosed before purchase.
No restocking fee applies to verified defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, or to refunds for which a full refund is required by applicable law.
For complete return procedures, please review our Return & Refund Policy.
Article 11. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Under our voluntary change-of-mind return policy, refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving a valid return request. However, we may defer the refund until we receive the returned merchandise or satisfactory proof that it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
Applicable restocking fees and lawful deductions for excessive wear or damage may reduce the refund amount.
Where the entire order is returned under our published policy, the original shipping charge corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery option offered will also be refunded.
Additional charges for premium or expedited shipping are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, unless otherwise required by law.
Any applicable sales tax refund will be handled according to the relevant tax rules.
Refunds for canceled shipments, defective products, or other legally protected situations will be processed in accordance with applicable law, regardless of the voluntary return conditions described above.
Article 12. Dress Alterations and Financial Assistance
Certain wedding dresses, particularly made-to-measure designs, may require minor adjustments to achieve the desired fit.
As a voluntary commercial service, Bohelle may contribute toward alterations performed by a local professional seamstress, up to 15% of the purchase price paid for the dress.
The following conditions apply:
- Alterations must be completed and invoiced within one month of receiving the dress.
- The customer must submit the request within the same one-month period.
- The request must include the order number and a valid alteration invoice.
- Photographs showing the necessary adjustments may be requested where appropriate.
Alteration assistance is subject to review and is not automatically guaranteed.
This voluntary benefit does not replace or limit legal rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured merchandise.
Article 13. Defective Products and Consumer Rights
If a product arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us at contact@bohelle.com.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs where reasonably available.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate resolution may include repair, replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund.
Where the issue results from our error or a verified product defect, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by Bohelle or an appropriate alternative resolution will be provided, subject to applicable law.
Customers retain any rights arising under applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, including any applicable warranty rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Article 14. Customer Service and Complaints
Our customer service team is available to assist with product questions, orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and other purchase-related inquiries.
Email: contact@bohelle.com
When contacting us about an existing order, please include your order number and any relevant information or supporting documents.
We will review complaints and seek to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
A written copy of our Return & Refund Policy is available upon request.
Article 15. Privacy and Personal Information
Bohelle may collect and process personal information necessary to operate its online store, fulfill purchases, provide customer service, and manufacture customized products.
Such information may include contact details, order information, transaction records, and body measurements provided for personalized dresses.
Our store is powered by Shopify, which may process personal information in connection with website operations and transactions.
For more information about our data practices and your privacy rights, please review our Privacy Policy.
Privacy-related inquiries may be submitted to contact@bohelle.com.
Article 16. Intellectual Property
Content on Bohelle.com, including photographs, product descriptions, text, graphics, videos, logos, and other materials, may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
These materials belong to Bohelle, its licensors, or the applicable rights holders.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of protected content is prohibited except where permitted by law.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights associated with the product or our website.
Article 17. Acceptable Use and Liability
Customers and website visitors agree to use Bohelle.com lawfully and without interfering with the security or normal operation of the Services.
Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized system access, malicious software, identity impersonation, and unlawful collection of personal information are prohibited.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain website availability and security. Temporary interruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website features and informational services are provided on an "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates any mandatory refund right, applicable product warranty, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Some states restrict limitations of liability or warranty disclaimers. Where such restrictions apply, the relevant statutory protections will prevail.
Article 18. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
Events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other exceptional circumstances, may affect our ability to perform certain obligations.
We will take reasonable steps to communicate material disruptions and reduce their impact on customers.
Such events do not eliminate any cancellation, refund, or other rights that customers have under applicable law, including federal shipping and delivery requirements.
Article 19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or rights to pursue claims that cannot legally be restricted.
If a dispute arises concerning a purchase, we encourage the customer to contact our customer service team before initiating formal proceedings.
Claims may be brought before courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or automatically waive a customer's right to participate in a class action.
Article 20. Changes to These Terms
Bohelle may update these Terms to reflect changes in its business operations, products, Services, or applicable laws.
Updated Terms will be published on Bohelle.com with a revised date.
Changes generally apply to orders placed after the updated Terms take effect and do not retroactively modify completed purchase agreements unless legally permitted.
Article 21. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not automatically waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms are provided in English for customers purchasing through Bohelle.com.
Where a different language version or mandatory local law applies, the customer's non-waivable legal rights remain unaffected.
